Born and raised in Maryland, Brooke was destined for film. She was always writing and watching movies, and at the age of ten, she began making them. By high school, Brooke was acting in plays and musicals, eventually becoming captain of the school’s improv team. But she was always daydreaming about her stories and movies.
With a natural eye for film, she knew it was the only way for her to go.
With a wide-range of talents, such as directing, acting and writing, Brooke learned all she could while working on film sets. She’s worked on many short films, an acclaimed feature film Fishbowl and music videos such as Little Big Town’s Sugarcoat. Brooke excels at screenwriting, with her exciting stories that form perfect visuals, and her directing style guides it.
Brooke has already been apart of numerous acclaimed film festivals and has won several awards, such as: Best US Narrative Feature, Best of the Fest and Best Editing for a Feature for "Gianna".
Not only is Brooke a gifted director and screenwriter, she’s also an actress. Brooke was the lead actor in Inside, which won the CINE Golden Eagle Award. She’s starred in eight theatre productions, including West Side Story and Beauty and the Beast, three improv troupes and over 15 short films.
